Breast surgery – a personal matter
A breast surgery is – in all surgical and medical rules and routines – always a very individual matter – every case is somewhat different and people are different. The surgically corrected breast must fit the body and the human – whether it is a breast enlargement or reduction, whether it is a defect correction or a breast reconstruction: in the end a healthy person with a natural appearance should stand. And one thing always applies: health and safety are going on!
Consider the following – and plan on time!
Only full-year people are operated. An exception can be breast reduction after completed growth with suffering young women. There is a close coordination with the attending gynecologist, possibly psychologists and parents.
Prior to the operation, the following applies: omitting certain medicines after consultation with the treating physicians, alcohol and nicotine – as well as a few weeks after the operation.
When planning please consider:
- Alcohol and nicotine decomposition
- Taking certain medicines only after consultation
- Prohibition or Restriction of sports activities
- holiday accommodation for the period of treatment and aftercare
- Plan pregnancy and breastfeeding
