With Motiva’s PreservéTM, we are introducing a new era of breast augmentation at Lake Constance Clinic – with the aim of preserving natural breast tissue as much as possible. This minimally invasive technique enables aesthetically demanding results with maximum regard to the anatomy, sensation and stability of the breast.
What is PreservéTM?
PreservéTM stands for an innovative surgical concept in the context of breast augmentation with implants, which is specifically designed to preserve the body’s own tissue, sensitivity and natural structure of the breast. It is a particularly gentle tissue method, in which a natural breast shape with minimal traumatization is achieved through the smallest cuts and the combination with the soft, ergonomic Motiva SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implants.

State-of-the-art technology for a safe and gentle result
At PreservéTM, only the most modern SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implants are used. These have a particularly thin sheath and high shape adaptability, which enables a soft, natural and at the same time stable breast shape with a low inflammation tendency (FDA-certified).
The so-called tissue preservation technology is based on several specially developed instruments and steps:
- Motiva Channel Separator: reduces trauma and protects the supporting tissue structures of the breast.
- Motiva Inflatable Balloon: creates a precise 3D implant bearing through step-by-step balloon filling while preserving the surrounding tissue and ligamentary structures for stabilization.
- Motiva Insertion Sleeve: allows an implant to be inserted using the no-touch technique, which reduces intervention time and minimizes the risk of infection.
The PreservéTM technique follows a three-stage process:
- Tunneling: Creation of precise access through the underbreast fold to the future implant pocket.
- Balloon-assisted elongation: gentle expansion of the pocket by controlled inflating of the balloon.
- Implant insertion: sterile, contact-free placement of the SmoothSilk® Ergonomix2® implant via the sleeve insertion.
