Dermabrasion

Couperosis treatment by skin abrading acne scars or other striking scars, which have arisen, for example, by accidents or operancies, may sometimes be highly self-confidence. But these optical flaws can significantly improve the cosmetic surgeons of the Bodenseeklinik by means of dermabrasion, if not even fix it. But also in small wrinkles, for example in the area of the upper lip, the skin abrasion (dermabrasion) is used. In dermabrasion – also called skin abrading or milling therapy – the medical team removes the uppermost skin layers to correct the appearance of scars, small wrinkles or other skin changes. Even excessive corrugations, certain mammals or a so-called tuber nose can be ground.

Dermabrasion – So it is done:

A local anaesthesia is usually sufficient for dermabrasion. While the cosmetic surgeon carefully cuts off the skin with the hand machine, an assistant spats the skin of the patient. Here, the surgeon pays attention to making the transitions between milled and untreated skin soft so that later it is not visible which areas were treated and which are not. After the intervention, the milled areas are covered with antibiotic ointments and grease or with synthetic wound films which accelerate the healing. About eight to ten days after the treatment, the wound choir falls off and you are again socially capable. Very important: The new skin is roasted and very sensitive. Patients should therefore avoid direct sunlight for three months.

Microdermabrach

Microdermabrasion is a controlled mechanical removal of the upper skin layers with fine microcrystals, without chemical active ingredients.

How does microdermabrasion work?
Special crystals are passed uniformly over the skin with the aid of a vacuum pressure air system and wear layer for layer of dead, flaking skin cells of the upper skin layer. The treatment is outpatient and is very well tolerated. It is pain-free and is perceived as pleasant and relaxing due to the massage effect. It can be repeated as often as desired and leads to a visible improvement of the skin image even after treatment. Years of sunbathing and the natural ageing process of the skin leave their traces, there are wrinkles, the skin texture loses its tension, the skin color is falsified. Not only the facial skin is subject to these changes, also at the neck, at the décolleté and at the backs, the traces of time are recognizable. Microdermabrasion is able to give the skin new pep. The formation of new cells is stimulated, connective tissue is stimulated, microcirculation is increased. The result is an improved skin texture and a radiant complexion.

Hände sprechen Bände

Hände sagen viel über uns aus, unser Alter, unsere Ernährung und darüber, wie wichtig wir uns selbst sind. Und dabei werden sie oft stiefmütterlich behandelt. Wir setzen sie schutzlos der Sonne, Wind und Wetter aus, strapazieren sie durch Arbeiten in Beruf oder Haushalt. Häufiges Reinigen der Hände mit heißem Wasser und alkalischen Seifen belastet die Haut. Die Haut der Hände ist dafür besonders anfällig, denn sie besitzt wenige Talgdrüsen. Dadurch fehlen die notwendigen Talgdrüsenfette, die unsere Haut mit Fett und Feuchtigkeit versorgen. Die Handrücken sind kaum mit Bindegewebe unterpolstert. Akne – ein pickliges Problem

  • Akne geht von selbst weg. Das stimmt zwar in einigen Fällen, oft hinterlässt sie aber auch Narben. Und das muss nicht sein.Bei allen Formen der Akne spielt der Mitesser (Komedo) die entscheidende Rolle. Der in den Talgdrüsen vermehr produzierte Talg kann nicht abfließen und staut sich unter der Haut. Knötchen, Entzündungen, Pusteln oder sogar fuchsbauartige Gänge sind die Folge. Im Talg siedelt sich das so genannte Propionibacterium acnes an und fördert die Entzündung.

Sowohl die Nachtcreme Ihrer Mutter als auch die Baby-Creme Ihrer kleinen Schwester sind für Sie nicht geeignet. Drücken Sie nicht an Mitessern und Pickeln selbst herum. Überlassen Sie das lieber Ihrer Kosmetikerin. Ihre Kosmetikerin berät Sie auch über für Sie geeignetes Make-up. Licht und frische Luft tun der Akne gut. Entscheidend ist die Dosis.

Achtung

Zu viel Sonne verstärkt den Verhornungsprozess und kann Pigmentstörungen im Gesicht verursachen.
