Dermabrasion
Couperosis treatment by skin abrading acne scars or other striking scars, which have arisen, for example, by accidents or operancies, may sometimes be highly self-confidence. But these optical flaws can significantly improve the cosmetic surgeons of the Bodenseeklinik by means of dermabrasion, if not even fix it. But also in small wrinkles, for example in the area of the upper lip, the skin abrasion (dermabrasion) is used. In dermabrasion – also called skin abrading or milling therapy – the medical team removes the uppermost skin layers to correct the appearance of scars, small wrinkles or other skin changes. Even excessive corrugations, certain mammals or a so-called tuber nose can be ground.
Dermabrasion – So it is done:
A local anaesthesia is usually sufficient for dermabrasion. While the cosmetic surgeon carefully cuts off the skin with the hand machine, an assistant spats the skin of the patient. Here, the surgeon pays attention to making the transitions between milled and untreated skin soft so that later it is not visible which areas were treated and which are not. After the intervention, the milled areas are covered with antibiotic ointments and grease or with synthetic wound films which accelerate the healing. About eight to ten days after the treatment, the wound choir falls off and you are again socially capable. Very important: The new skin is roasted and very sensitive. Patients should therefore avoid direct sunlight for three months.
Microdermabrach
Microdermabrasion is a controlled mechanical removal of the upper skin layers with fine microcrystals, without chemical active ingredients.

Laser treatments

Botox against wrinkles
Mimic wrinkles arise due to the regular tightening of certain facial muscles, for example when laughing or speaking. With increasing age, the skin loses elasticity – fine lines and wrinkles become permanent wrinkles. Even if they are part of our personality and part of facial mimic, they are associated with concern, anger, fear or fatigue, and are therefore perceived as disturbing.
Liquid Lifting with Sculptra
Over time, our skin loses its firm and youthful appearance. With time, the skin is often thinner and slept and loses its natural elasticity. This is the result of a natural aging process. Rosazea
The rosacea is a disease of the skin regions rich in tall glands on the face, which is extremely chronic. Without treatment, it leads to a sudden deterioration over time. Therefore, an early and consistent treatment with today's medical possibilities is useful. The rosacea occurs mainly in the second half of life and affects men and women equally frequently, but it usually works more intensively in men. Frequently, those affected are wrongly accused of excessive alcohol consumption, but, according to today's scientific knowledge, they are not responsible for the emergence of a rosacea. However, alcohol, the consumption of sharp food and cold exposure due to the stimulated circulation of the skin vessels usually lead to a deterioration of the skin image.
Treatment options:
- Removal of the extended veins in the face area by laser
- due to consistent facial care with special vascular-enhancing active ingredients (e.g. vitamin K) the re-establishment of oeds can be delayed
- In addition to consistent facial care, external anti-inflammatory therapy with antibiotic-containing creams is required

Hands speaking hands
Hands say a lot about us, our age, our diet and how important we are ourselves. And they are often treated in a deep-mothered way. We expose them to the sun, wind and weather without protection, strain them by working in profession or household. Frequent cleansing of hands with hot water and alkaline soaps affects the skin. The skin of the hands is particularly susceptible to this, because it has few sebaceous glands. This lacks the necessary sebaceous gland fats that provide our skin with fat and moisture. The backs are hardly padded with connective tissue. Elastic loss, pigment spots and maple-ups are early on. The skin becomes thin and parchment-like. Blood vessels are particularly visible. Therefore, extra care is recommended for beautiful hands.
Acne – a picky problem

Pelings
Mechanically by microdermabrasion, enzymatically by fermentation, chemically by fruit acids, salicylic acid or TCA, the pores are opened by peelings and the trough flow is facilitated. Rubbish peelings should not be used.
Skin care
Use special acne products for cleaning. Use only preparations that your skin doctor has prescribed or recommended. Both the night cream of your mother and the baby cream of your little sister are not suitable for you. Don't press around with lunches and pimples yourself. Leave that to your cosmetics. Your beautician also advises you about makeup suitable for you. Light and fresh air do the acne well. The decisive factor is the dose.
Attention
